The abstract should address the most relevant selection criteria reflecting one of the following four formats reflecting an impact on health outcomes. Click the format title to download the template. All are in Microsoft Word 97-2003 format.

Priority will be given to abstract submissions that include a collaboration between a DNP and a PhD prepared nurse.
Abstract must be submitted in Word format and not exceed 550 words excluding references. Follow the templates provided above exactly. Any deviation or missing information may result in the rejection of the abstract.
Abstract should have one inch margins on all sides and be typed in Times Roman or Courier with a 12 point font. The body of the abstract is single spaced including between paragraphs. Left justify all paragraphs; do not indent to begin a paragraph.
Headings: Headings should be based on the suggested study specific content outline as provided in the templates. Left justify and bold all headings.
All abstracts must include the heading and conference objectives as shown in the template. The abstract title must fit on one line.
Add additional authors and required information as needed.
Note: A biographical and conflict of interest form isrequired for the first author only.
All correspondence will be to the first author only, yet all authors will be listed in the conference program.
Include a list of major references used in the study on a separate page following APA Format (6th ed). Please use the References heading centered and boldfaced.
