Job Satisfaction for Doctorally Prepared Nurse Practitioners
This study is designed to evaluate job satisfaction among doctorally prepared NPs. The work schedules, support and time are factors impacting nurse practitioners daily and are different than other doctorally prepared advanced practice roles (Example: doctorally prepared CNS work). This study uses the Misener NP Job Satisfaction Survey Tool (used with permission) plus the collection of demographic data. Contact Joni C. Goldwasser, APRN, FNP-BC, DNP Student at Radford University for any questions regarding this study.
