    Annie Cole-Bradley, FNP-BC, APHN-BC, MSN, BSN

    Bio:

    Annie Cole-Bradley is a nationally board-certified family nurse practitioner and advanced practice holistic nurse. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology (2005) from Western Kentucky University, a Bachelor of Nursing degree (2008) from Belmont University, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing (2011) from Vanderbilt University. Her experience includes working as a labor and delivery nurse and as a primary provider in a community clinic providing comprehensive care across the lifespan. For many years, she mentored and precepted multiple nurse practitioner students from local universities. In 2018 she began working for the Veterans Health Administration providing primary care services to Veterans experiencing homelessness. During this time, she became certified as a VA Women’s Health PCP as well as a VA Geriatric Scholar. She currently works as a primary care nurse practitioner at the VA Healthcare Clinic in Eugene Oregon. She serves on the National Primary Care Communications Sub Council and is one of the handful of providers certified to complete comprehensive TBI (traumatic brain injury) examinations. Additionally, she serves as the Facility Pain Champion serving as the subject matter expert on delivering safe and ethical pain management to Veterans. She also serves as the primary care representative on the facility Interdisciplinary Pain Committee. Her doctoral problem of interest is increasing education regarding the prescribing and utilization of naloxone as a risk mitigation strategy to prevent accidental opioid overdosing.

    She lives in Eugene, Oregon with her husband, two children, and golden retriever.
