Rosalind Williams, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC 
Rosalind Scott Williams, is a clinical assistant professor at Indiana University Southeast School of Nursing. She received her DNP Executive Leadership degree from Indiana University Purdue Indianapolis University (IUPUI). Rosalind is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). In 2018, she became a Nurse Legislative Fellow through the IUSON Eagles Mentoring program, fostering and mentoring nursing students in health policy and advocacy. In her PMHNP clinical role, she provides treatment and psychotherapy to individuals with comorbidity disorders. She is a member on several community boards and of professional organizations. She was recently awarded the IUPUI Elite 50 Award

Purpose
The aim of the project was to implement a best evidence-based (EB) quality improvement (QI) intervention shown to decrease no-show appointments at a Regional Mental Health Organization (RMHO).
