Received a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Christian University (TCU). Served as a Graduate Student Senator (GSS) for the TCU Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Mental Health and Wellness Committees. Employed as TCU Adjunct Faculty.
The purpose of this study was to implement a quality improvement project utilizing the evidence-based Brown Bag Medicine Review (BBMR) tool in a faith-based clinic to improve medication adherence and medication communication between the provider, patient, and clinical staff.
