Amanda Prator, DNP, RN
Amanda Prator has been a registered nurse since 2002 and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Medical College of Georgia in 2009. She completed her DNP from Augusta University in 2018. The majority of her experience is in emergency medicine, where she continues full time employment. For the last three years, she has also been teaching within the FNP program at Columbus State University.

Purpose
The purpose of this presentation is to outline the steps the DNP can take to help improve the quality of patient care by improving patient access to needed medication.
