    Thank you for sharing this article. I agree with the statements made in the article, because words such as “midlevel” or “extender” should not be used to describe a medical professional. It degrades the professions that are lumped together in that term, and does not promote inter-professional collaboration. Lack of inter-professional collaboration due to role ambiguity and bias lessen positive patient outcomes. Therefore as medical professionals, we should all attempt to eliminate hierarchies and promote teamwork to provide high-quality patient care.
