|Comments:||There are currently two tracts available, Acute and Family NP.
The BSN to DNP is 43 credit hours to masters with 810 clinical hours and 44 credit hourse for the MS to DNP. The college no longer admits Master’s only students, but does confer the degree so students can obtain licensure.
U of A is ranked in the top 6% for graduate nursing education.
Students are required to be on campus each summer for from between 1 and 2 weeks for RISE, Research Intensive Summer Experience.
Students are required to complete a Master’s Project and Practice Inquiry. These are similar to a thesis and dissertation. The Master’s Project is generally structured to become the first three chapters of the Doctoral Practice Inquiry.
