Welcome and thank you for choosing to exhibit at the Thirteenth National Doctors of Nursing Practice Conference on August 5-7, 2020. This year’s conference is shaping up to be another successful event. We anticipate 350 to 500 attendees. This page will outline the documents, critical dates, links and other important information needed to exhibit at the conference to ensure compliance with our Continuing Education Providers:

1. Conference Program artwork is due by 7/1/2020. Early submissions are always welcomed.
2. Program ad size depends on your exhibitor package.
3. Send all art work in a jpg or png format to skco@dnpinc.org
4. Exhibit hours are Wednesday 8/5/20 8:00am-5:00pm EST, Thursday 8/6/20 8:00am-5:00pm EST and Friday 8/7/20 8:00am-12:00pm EST.
5. Exhibitor set up 8/4/20 after 5:00pm EST.
6. Exhibitor tear down to be completed by 5:00pm EST 8/7/20.
7. Table(s) and chairs will be provided by the venue.
