Welcome and thank you for choosing to exhibit at the Fourteenth National Doctors of Nursing Practice Conference on August 11-13, 2021. This year’s conference is shaping up to be another successful event. We anticipate 150 to 200 attendees. This page will outline the documents, critical dates, links and other important information needed to exhibit at the conference to ensure compliance with our Continuing Education Providers:

1. Conference Program artwork is due by 7/1/2021. Early submissions are always welcomed.
2. Program ad size depends on your exhibitor package.
3. Send all art work in a jpg or png format to skco@dnpinc.org
4. Exhibit hours are Wednesday 8/11/2021 8:00am-3:30pm CST, Thursday 8/12/2021 8:00am-4:00pm CST and Friday 8/13/2021 8:00am-12:00pm CST.
5. Exhibitor set up 8/10/2021 after 6:00pm CST.
6. Exhibitor tear down to be completed by 5:00pm CST 8/13/2021.
7. Table(s) and chairs will be provided by the venue.
