Welcome and thank you for choosing to exhibit at the Fifteenth National Doctors of Nursing Practice Conference on August 3-5, 2022. This year’s conference is shaping up to be another successful event. We anticipate 300 plus attendees. This page will outline the documents, critical dates, links and other important information needed to exhibit at the conference to ensure compliance with our Continuing Education Providers:

1. Conference Program artwork is due by 7/1/2022. Early submissions are always welcomed.
2. Program ad size depends on your exhibitor package.
3. Send all art work in a jpg or png format to skco@dnpinc.org
4. Exhibit hours are Wednesday 8/3/2022 8:00am-3:30pm EST, Thursday 8/4/2022 8:00am-4:00pm EST and Friday 8/5/2022 8:00am-12:00pm EST.
5. Exhibitor set up 8/2/2022 after 6:00pm EST.
6. Exhibitor tear down to be completed by 5:00pm EST 8/5/2022.
7. Table(s) and chairs will be provided by the venue.

10. The Hilton will store your packages prior to your arrival. Please observe the following instructions to ensure proper handling of your meeting materials. Each item should be clearly marked with the following:
    • Your organization name and/or name of the event
    • Hold for arrival 00/00/00
    • The name of your organizations on-site contact
