Theodora Culang Levine, DNP, NEA-BC
After 20 years in management, Dr. Levine retired in 2017 from her position of Director of Education, Chief Learning Officer, after 31 years of service at the US Department of Veterans Affairs. She returned to academia as Assistant Professor of Nursing and served for one year as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs. Dr. Levine completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rutgers University in 2012 and is an ANCC Nurse Executive Advanced board certified nurse leader . Dr. Levine’s expertise in the areas nursing education, leadership development, organizational behavior, and workforce and succession planning.

  2. Identify collaborative shared learning approaches including interactive group exercises that reinforce learning.
  3. Relate new insights and world views regarding health equity and the nursing role in leading change.
