Jennifer Zipp, DNP, RN
Dr. Jennifer Stephenson Zipp is the Professional Development Specialist for Evidence-based Practice and Research at Medstar Health’s Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Zipp has been a nurse for 21 years with a specialty in critical care and expertise in Nurse Residency and Mentorship Programs. Also, Dr. Zipp is Nurse Residency Coordinator for the Maryland Organization of Nurse Leaders, Inc./ Maryland Nurse Residency Collaborative. She has a Masters from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in Health Services, Leadership and Management and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Nursing.

Purpose
The purpose of this presentation is to present an innovative solution to improving the direct care nurses’ perception of the COVID-19 vaccine.
